Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, the shipping cost for your particular order can be seen in the shopping cart (without having to login or register).
If you order by 2pm (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays), we will aim to ship the same day.
For UK deliveries we normally ship using a Fedex 1-2 working day service (where appropriate – some very large bulk orders may be shipped by a specialist pallet courier). Depending on your order weight and location, we will also use DPD and UPS. This will be clearly shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
Please note that shipping is charged at a higher rate to non-mainland UK addresses (as this is what our couriers charge to ship to these destinations), these include Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Shetland Islands (for a full list of postcodes please click below.
We do not ship to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey).
We are able to ship within the EU, however these services can be expensive for customers and we will normally only allow this by prior arrangement. If you require shipping to a destination that isn’t available at checkout online please use our contact form here to request shipping to your country and we will do our best to provide the most cost effective service.
The following postcodes are considered non-mainland UK and will be charged extra shipping (you can see shipping charges before checkout if you enter your delivery address on the shopping basket page – you do not need to create an account or complete checkout to see your shipping costs):

You may need to return a product to us for the following reasons:-
a) you are exercising your right of cancellation (see our terms and conditions) and please note that the law assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition.
b) you have ordered the incorrect item(s)
c) we have sent you the wrong item(s)
d) you need to replace the item(s) under warranty.
For cases a, b or c above you must inform us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
For ALL of the above cases you must first obtain a RMA number from us.
To return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You need to fill in an RMA Request before you return any incorrectly supplied/faulty or damaged items.
Only when an RMA number is issued, and you have been sent the return address by our Returns Department can you then return the goods to us.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number login to the website, view your order history, view the order for which you wish to return something, take note of your order number and contact us (either by email, the contact form on this website, or by phone).
Once processed by our Returns Team, you will then be supplied with the details of the full returns procedure which will include an RMA reference.
